I've spent more than nine years in the construction industry, working in various roles – from site manager to project manager. My journey began in the field, where I worked hands-on with every aspect of the project life cycle. Later, I co-founded a company, and through this venture, I discovered a gap in the market: the lack of on-site experience in project monitoring services.
